TGIF RECORDINGS & DOCUMENTS – CONDITIONS OF USE

 

By accepting or downloading a TGIF recording (such as a MP3 or WAV recording) or a TGIF document (such as a DOC, PPT, PDF, etc.), you agree to these conditions of use.  For all TGIF recordings and documents, please honour the intellectual property rights of the speaker/author and adhere to the following:

 

· Do not change or edit the recording/document in any way.

 

· Do not sell the recording/document in any form.

 

· Do not play the recording or include the document, even in part, at an event for which a fee is charged.  If any party should profit from the recording/document, it should be the speaker/author.

 

· Do not post the recording/document, or any portion thereof, on a website in whatever form.

 

· For re-use permission outside of the above parameters, please contact TGIF who will make a request to the relevant speaker/author on your behalf.

 

· Include these conditions of use with all recordings/documents you pass on to others.
